Devise, implement and refine strategies demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills when working in groups or teams. Transfer understanding from previous movement experiences to create solutions to movement challenges. Develop, implement and evaluate movement concepts and strategies for successful outcomes.

Learning Objectives: Participate in physical activities that develop health-related and skill-related fitness components, and create and monitor personal fitness plans Implementing Resource: Students can create their own personal fitness activity which can be used as an Individual Learning Task for the start of each physical education session. The powerpoint is set up with an example of what each slide should look like and works to a 90:30 work-rest ratio.
